MULTIVAC

Vacit.com is the premier website containing information on vacuum packing machines and bags for restaurants, hotels and caterers. It was designed and built by Buckland Design for MULTIVAC as a tool to help those in the hotel and catering trade to find out more about vacuum packaging, not only for use in storage but also in sous-vide cooking.

MULTIVAC needed a way of showing the versatility of their thermoforming machines, so we designed the packaging for a new pack they had created. For cheese packs we focused on the idea of 'milk churns' and for the beef packaging we used an illustration to help endorse the organic feel of the product.

A highly successful suite of promotional communications was developed to promote these and other products at the annual Foodex trade exhibition.
